Pokémon: Every Evolution Stone Evolution

There are some Pokémon that require the use of Evolution Stones in order to evolve, some of which changed over the course of each generation.

Not allPokémonevolve equally, as some of them require the aid of outside items in order to achieve new forms. There are lots of Pokémon that require the aid of special Evolution Stones in order to evolve.

InPokémon RedandBlue, the vast majority of Pokémon evolve through leveling up. A handful of Pokémon could only evolve through trading and some required Evolution Stones.
